I just wanted to express my satisfaction with my recently replaced Vanguard Hot Tub, originally purchased from Rocky Mountain Pools and Spas in Calgary. As the shell on my 2012 Vanguard had cracked, the service through Rocky Mountain, notably the Service Manager, was fast and courteous.I was continually kept in the loop as to where the warranty issue was in regards to replacement, and Rocky Mountain was everything I could ask for in a Dealer.The replacement process through Watkins made me extremely happy with my original purchase and I will continue to tell others of my experience. Two of my sons also purchased Hot Springs Hot Tubs and my experience also has them happy with why they purchased your product.
