I have been to every hot tub store in Calgary. Rocky Mountain Pools & Spas was the best experience overall. No high pressure sales. Very educated staff. They aim to please and will sell you a product you will be happy with and not just try to get a commission. I’m extremely happy with the entire process from my first visit, to the sale, to the delivery. They even recommended a fantastic electrician for wiring my tub. I also have the comfort in knowing that I got a hot tub by Hot Spring and designed by BMW and not some knockoff crud that i’ll have to repair in a few years. A++

We have been dealing with Rocky Mountain Pool and Spas for over 15 years. I must say that we have never had a negative or bad experience this whole time. The staff are very polite and friendly. The service department has supplied us with excellent service and on time when needed. I just wanted to express my satisfaction with my recently replaced Vanguard Hot Tub, originally purchased from Rocky Mountain Pools and Spas in Calgary. As the shell on my 2012 Vanguard had cracked, the service through Rocky Mountain, notably the Service Manager, was fast and courteous.I was continually kept in the loop as to where the warranty issue was in regards to replacement, and Rocky Mountain was everything I could ask for in a Dealer.The replacement process through Watkins made me extremely happy with my original purchase and I will continue to tell others of my experience. Two of my sons also purchased Hot Springs Hot Tubs and my experience also has them happy with why they purchased your product.

For anybody looking to buy a hot tub in Calgary;
Don’t waste your time driving around Calgary visiting the hundreds of dealers, we’ve already done this for you and can guarantee that there is no place like Rocky Mountain Pools and Spas.
From the minute we walked in the door we could tell that this place was different. From the extremely knowledgeable staff to the very friendly owners. There was no pressure put on us from anybody to purchase; which I will tell you isn’t the case for the other dealers! As for the product, it’s like none other. As first time spa owners the staff made our experience very seamless. Once the tub is delivered the water experts come to your house to show you how to keep your tub running flawlessly. We love our Rhythm hot tub and use it daily!
We had a very pleasant experience dealing with Scott and his father Andy (owners) and feel like we’re truly appreciated as customers. Every time I walk in the door to purchase chemicals I’m greeted by name from almost everybody in the store.
We are spa owners for life and they will only ever come from Rocky Mountain Pools and Spas.
